Prepared for the environment
Understand the facility, orientation, expectations and support required before placement.
Elite Nurse Partners works with aged-care providers to prepare, place and support nurses around the realities of each service — so the relationship can contribute with confidence, continuity and care.
They were dealing with the same workforce challenge in their own businesses. Together, they developed a model that gave them a more dependable way to prepare, support and sustain the nursing workforce around the service.
That lived experience is now the basis of the ENP partnership for other aged-care providers.
ENP brings lived aged-care experience into a practical workforce pathway. The focus is not simply placing a person on a roster; it is preparing for the environment, supporting the transition and helping the relationship work over time.
Understand the facility, orientation, expectations and support required before placement.
Bring transition, education and relationship support around the nurse and the service.
Use local knowledge and direct relationships to make regional workforce pathways more practical.
A regional aged-care home had relied on agency RNs for more than two years to cover a difficult night-duty line. Elite Nurse Partners supplied a full-time RN who stayed in the role for two years, completed the home’s local requirements and became familiar with its residents, systems and escalation pathways.
The result was a more consistent workforce arrangement, less repeated agency coordination and a practical alternative to ongoing agency dependence.
Amy and Nicola will personally lead the regional conversation: first through a useful virtual discussion, then by visiting priority towns to meet providers who have a genuine reason to continue the conversation.
Warm providers before the visit. Understand the situation. Plan the right meeting. Keep the relationship visible afterwards.

The process begins with enough context to decide whether there is a practical fit - without a long assessment or a pressured sales conversation.
Elite Nurse Partners is building relationships with regional aged-care providers town by town. Amy and Nicola begin with a direct conversation, then travel when meeting in person will help move a real workforce requirement forward.
